My expectations were low going in. I have used those finger cruncher things before. THIS IS A WHOLE NOTHER LEVEL! Combat those tiny wrists and make em thicc! Right out of the box I ran 20 and 20 and could feel the fire in the my arms.
Note: I am not a strong guy. If you are a strong guy you might laugh at me at this point. I understand the comedic value of small spaghetti arms.

which just made my fingers tired. This device was definitely very well thought of. It has to ways of doing it and they are both very comfy. Just follow the instructions on the manual that comes with it and maybe increase the times once you get accustom to it. I have already tripled the times and I use it constantly!
I've been using this for a few weeks now and my forearms already look more fit/tight. I'm not spending hours on it each day because that wouldn't be realistic but I switch back and forth for about 10 minutes total. It makes your forearms feel nice and tight and you can really feel the burn. Overall, I'm please with this purchase.
Great physical therapy device for carpal tunnel, tennis elbow and more...strengthens the wrist and forearm muscles without straining the hand by requiring an intense grip such as with free weights. I use it often and have seen fast results and gained lots of relief from the pain of carpal tunnel and TFCC.
Omg I've always wanted something that'll work my wrist and forearm but never really knew of a product or how to do so at the gym. Ten reps each side of both the regular and reverse and I'm like WOAH. So needless to say I'm in love and will be using it daily. The instructions are helpful and clear and there's absolutely no assembly.
