So I got this about a week and a half ago. I have been using it sporadically every other day but each time I put it on, it's for at least 40 mins to a hour. Great solution for my backache
Received this product to help with my posture, as my back sometimes gets a little achy due to bad posture. This helps me when I am washing dishes, going for walks or anytime I start to slouch.
It does actually help in aiding and adding support for the shoulders and keeping them back. I will wear it as needed and not necessarily long periods of time but primarily when sitting in my chair at my desk working on the computer or reading. Also when my head is looking down at my laptop or iPhone during extended times of keyboarding or texting. A helpful aid to help avoid the dreaded "text neck", syndrome.
