I like cold therapy and knew I would love this. It is recommended 10-15 minutes to sit out before trying to remove the top so I pull it from the freezer before I go into the shower and by time I get out to use it, the top easily comes off. Do not fill the water to the top as it will expand while freezing. I do not notice a difference in my actual face; puffy eyes, etc. but I do feel awake and cleaner.
Side note, if the shirt you plan to wear that day has a wrinkle or two in it, roll the ice roller over the wrinkle and they will disappear!
