I liked that they fit in between my toes and were fairly comfortable. Toes are not used to being spaced so it becomes uncomfortable. Remove as needed. Each successive use allows longer use time with less discomfort. The adult size fit fine even with small feet. I did consider buying the child size but did not. Glad I purchased the adult size.
I’m new to toe spreaders, and there are lots of YouTube/online options for them. I was worried that these were too soft to actually correct my toes at first. I’ve been working up to wearing them for longer times and with shoes, and they would be excruciating if not this squishy. They have a gentler spread compared to other models like the yoda toes. I’ll update the review if I find anything wrong with them, but they seem to be well made, squishy as they need to be to give gentle correction of toe angles, and they are easy enough to put on. I would recommend and would buy again.
You get two for each foor and it is cheap, on top of that and it is flexible to get them on easily and covers ALL toes instead of many that only do 2 and are too large for people with skinnier ones. These are perfect. Remember not to wear spreaders when walking or running. These are for daytime rest
I got these to help fix my base when squatting. I can definitely feel firmer in my squat when I have these on. It is a great way to train the toes how they are suppse to feel spread out. The product was a lot squisher then I expected and they get dirty quick.
I like them. had to get use to it by wearing them for 1 hour to throughout the day by daily increasing the time of wearing them. easily washable with soap and warm water.
